Delivery
The company commits to providing high-quality materials conforming to specifications and standards.
Minor edge chipping on white blocks may occur due to their light weight and low density — this is not a quality defect.
A forklift must be available on site unless delivery with unloading has been agreed.
When delivery & unloading is agreed, the company will only unload on the ground — materials cannot be lifted to upper floors.
Transport fees apply for quantities under 24 m³ (equivalent to 1,000 blocks of 60×20×20) within Muscat Governorate.
Transport fees vary when delivery includes unloading, or when the customer provides a crane.
Delivery takes 1–12 working days from payment date. Custom-manufactured items may take up to 14 days.
Transport fees outside Muscat Governorate are calculated based on region and quantity.
Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to company approval, with transport costs borne by the customer.
White blocks are not eligible for returns.
If a refund is approved: the granted discount is added back to the original price, and a 3% administrative/storage fee is deducted. POS bank fees (3%), VAT, and transfer fees are also deducted.
Returned materials are subject to re-evaluation; refund is issued within 15 days after receiving goods, minus any damaged item value.
Custom-manufactured items, opened packaging, and colour-confirmed plaster products cannot be returned or refunded.
Other
Insulating blocks (aerated blocks) are subject to additional loading fees or wooden pallets.
Additional quantity requests after invoice issuance will incur new transport fees based on quantity and location.
Manual loading is not available for more than 50 blocks.
Loading into private vehicles is not permitted.
التوصيل
تلتزم الشركة بتوفير مواد عالية الجودة ومطابقة للمواصفات والمقاييس.
قد توجد كسور طفيفة على أطراف الطابوق الأبيض وذلك يرجع إلى خفة وزنه وقلة كثافته وليس إلى معايير الجودة.
يجب توفير رافعة شوكية للتنزيل في الموقع ما لم يتم الاتفاق على التوصيل والتنزيل.
عند الاتفاق على التوصيل والتنزيل ستقوم الشركة بالتنزيل فقط، لا يمكن رفع المواد إلى الطوابق العليا.
تُفرض رسوم نقل للكميات أقل من 24 متر مكعب (ما يعادل 1000 طابوقة مقاس 60×20×20) داخل محافظة مسقط.
رسوم النقل تختلف في حالة التوصيل مع التنزيل أو عند توفير الزبون رافعة للتنزيل والرفع.
مدة التوصيل تتراوح من 1–12 عمل كحد أقصى من تاريخ الدفع. المواد المصنعة خصيصا قد تصل إلى 14 يوما.
رسوم النقل خارج محافظة مسقط تُحتسب على حسب المنطقة والكمية.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع
يمكن استرجاع المواد خلال 15 يوما من التسليم بعد موافقة الشركة، على أن يتحمل العميل رسوم النقل.
الاسترجاع لا يشمل الطابوق الأبيض.
عند الموافقة على الاسترجاع يُضاف التخفيض الممنوح إلى المبلغ الأصلي ويُخصم 3% رسوم إدارية ومالية وتخزين، إضافة إلى رسوم البنك (POS 3%) وقيمة الضريبة ورسوم التحويل.
تخضع المواد المستردة للتقييم وإعادة البيع؛ يُعاد المبلغ للزبون خلال 15 يوما من استلام البضاعة بعد خصم المواد التالفة.
لا يمكن استرجاع المواد المصنعة بالطلب، أو المفتوحة التغليف، أو البلستر الملون بعد اعتماد الطلب والدفع.
أخرى
الطابوق العازل يخضع لرسوم إضافية عند التحميل أو وضع قواعد خشبية إضافية.
عند طلب كمية إضافية بعد إصدار الفاتورة والتوصيل يتم احتساب رسوم نقل حسب الكمية وموقع المنزل.
لا يمكن التحميل يدويا لأكثر من 50 طابوقة.
لا يمكن التحميل في سيارات خاصة.
